Wonderful location in the heart of the city where everything is so nearby, well-equipped gym and highly maintained roof-top gardens and swimming pools. The level of security is high and walking tracks, sports courts, disco hall & conference room, and a very nice temple- are the icing on the cake. The aerial view and aesthetics of the building feel like a foreign country. Layout, planning, and architecture are excellent along with very good construction quality and materials used. Amenities are appreciable, safety and security are up to the mark. The whole staff including Sales and HR team are excellent.

My Comfort level with Mr.Chetan Dedhia was the prime driver for the selection of two apartments at Nautilus. I wanted a large residence but at a single level since we are three generations living together. The Customization that Nautilus offered by re-designing the two apartments into a single one as per the needs & desires of my family is not easily available in Vadodara.
